Vibrant Energy & Color: Latin America

Huacachina Desert, Peru

From the vibrant colors tucked into every corner to the captivating ancient sites — Latin America has much to offer

Traveling through Central and South America opened my eyes to a vibrancy I never anticipated. It revealed itself in visible ways—overflowing food markets, Peruvian handmade crafts, and Spanish colonial buildings—but also in subtler moments, woven through music, dance, and everyday conversations.

Most of my time visiting was spent in Guatemala (a month) and Peru (6 weeks), and much of what you see below is from those two countries — captured from the top of volcanos, across deserts and within ancient villages. It was an absolute joy to photograph these places, however, the people were perhaps my favorite of all.

Most epic/unreal picture (top right on the first row below) would have to be the erupting volcano… I mean, hot, exploding lava?!
